Palm Kernel & Oil
These are the building blocks of our products. Both the palm kernel and oil are sourced from the same tree. This ingredient contains tocotrienols, which is a part of the vitamin E family. Vitamin E is a strong antioxidant that helps the skin to fight free radicals that damage skin, and cause fine lines and wrinkles. Tocotrienols are more effective than other antioxidants, and penetrate deep into the skin’s layers to enable healing and protection from the base up. This oil is more effective than most at removing dirt and oil from hair and skin. It also contains a refatting agent that helps restore the hair and skin’s natural oils most soaps and shampoos strip away.

Refined Sunflower Oil
Sunflower Oil is rich in Vitamin E, and helps trap moisture inside skin cells, keeping skin hydrated for a longer period. Being that most of our products are rich in Vitamin E, sunflower oil especially, the skin is better protected from harmful UV rays and other environmental stressors. This oil contains vitamins and fatty acids that act as antioxidants to regenerate new skin cells and help your skin rid itself of acne-causing bacteria. It is also rich in beta-carotene, it leaves your skin looking healthy. Because of the increased moisture retention capacity, sunflower oil helps with dry skin. Linoleic acid in sunflower oil is effective at protecting skin against bacteria and germs.

Babassu Oil
This oil from the Babassu palm, a tree native to the rain forests of South America, is rich in antioxidants and healthy fats. It can boost the health of your skin and hair, moisturizing them without causing a person to feel greasy or develop acne. It’s also been used as an anti-inflammatory. This oil has also been found to be antibacterial.

Rice Bran Oil
An oil incredibly rich in essential fatty acids, vitamin E, and mineral salts, which help better moisturize the skin and promotes skin microcirculation. Rice Bran Oil has also been known to have healing properties, which help repair the skin barrier, as well as reduce inflammation. For these reasons, we find it to be essential for our lotions, and better yet, this oil penetrates the skin so you’re left without feeling as greasy as you would with other natural oil based lotions.

Goat Milk
Goat milk has roughly the same pH as human skin, and doesn’t disturb the acid mantle, or the skin’s natural microbiome. Goat milk is also great for people dealing with sensitive skin issues like eczema, psoriasis, and keratosis pilaris. Goat milk’s lactic acid content increases the production of ceramides, which helps maintain the junctions between your skin cells, and keeps the good qualities inside of your skin (like moisture and lipids) and also helps keep bacteria and allergens out. Last but not least, the goat milk’s fatty acids, probiotics, and vitamin A helps repair the skin barrier, and encourage growth of normal skin flora.

Lemon Essential Oil is astringent and detoxifying. It helps with the removal of dead skin cells, and paves the way for clearer skin.
